Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before placing an order for Powerful Gym Astro Turf products. These terms are written to keep product selection, dispatch, GST, shipping, and replacement expectations clear before purchase.

No returns after order confirmation We do not accept returns. If you want to change the model number before dispatch, contact us immediately. A pre-dispatch model change can be processed only if stock, pricing, and fulfilment status allow it.

1. Product Orders

Powerful Gym Astro Turf products are supplied for commercial gyms, PT studios, training facilities, and performance flooring projects. Please review the model number, colour, size, and quantity carefully before placing the order.

2. No Returns After Order Confirmation

We do not accept returns once an order is confirmed, dispatched, delivered, installed, cut, customised, marked, branded, or otherwise processed for fulfilment.

3. Model Change Before Dispatch

If a customer wants to change the model number before dispatch, we can process the request subject to stock availability, price difference, and confirmation from our team. Model changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch has started.

4. Customisation And Branding

Custom colours, lane markings, numbering, logo printing, and special layout requests are made to order. Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved or processed.

5. GST And Taxes

GST is calculated at 5% according to the applicable Government of India tax setup shown at checkout. The final invoice value may include product price, GST, and any applicable order-level adjustments.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are currently set to Rs. 0 for checkout orders. If a remote location, special unloading requirement, or exceptional freight condition applies, our team may contact the customer before dispatch.

7. Delivery And Dispatch

Dispatch timelines depend on product availability, payment confirmation, and order verification. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to logistics, transport, local restrictions, or force majeure events.

8. Installation Scope

Unless specifically mentioned in writing, product purchase does not automatically include installation, civil work, site preparation, unloading, surface correction, adhesive work, or post-installation maintenance.

9. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking site measurements, confirming product suitability, ensuring surface readiness, and providing accurate delivery and contact details before dispatch.

10. Damage Or Wrong Item Claims

If the product is visibly damaged in transit or the wrong item is received, the customer must notify us with photos and order details immediately after delivery. Claims will be reviewed by our team before any replacement decision.
